SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor provides clear direction and effective leadership to the Maintenance department through goal setting and timely feedback. This individual is responsible for supporting the activities of the manufacturing operation and leading continuous improvement efforts within the maintenance and manufacturing areas. Ensures that the facility, infrastructure, and equipment are properly maintained with a focus on safety, quality, and performance.
