*Job Summary* We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in our automotive service centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. This role requires strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. *Responsibilities* * Follow company standard operating procedures to provide consistent service. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services. * Offer products and services as per standard operating procedures based on guest needs * Maintain detailed records of guest transactions using point of sale system. * Take payment from guests. * Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. *Skills* * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. * Strong in-person customer service orientation with a passion for helping others. * Proficient in phone etiquette and maintaining professionalism during interactions. * Ability to offer products and services effectively while understanding customer needs. * Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions. * Experience in sales or related fields is beneficial but not required. * Experience in the automotive service industry is an asset but not required.
