Source Office Furniture and Systems is seeking applications from qualified individuals for the position of *Sales Assistant* at our Brampton, Ontario location. This is a full-time, on-site position.
The Sales Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales representatives by managing and coordinating sales orders, communicating with customers regarding order status, and preparing documentation. You will also be called upon to create designs for space layouts according to room measurements and product selection, as per instructions from the customers and sales representatives.

*What you will do...*
*_Coordination_*
· Assist with product orders and make modifications to existing orders in system.
· Provide customers with product quotes as requested.
· Troubleshoot and communicate with customers if there are issues.
· Call customers and provide estimated due dates of non-stock products.
· Assist customers in the showroom when a salesperson isn?t present.
· Coordinate and communicate with manufacturers.
· Update customer information.
*_Design and Space Planning_*
· Coordinate with sales staff to make modifications or amendments to drawings as per customer feedback. Competency in the use of design tools such as CAD is definitely an advantage.
*What you bring to the role...*
· Some post-secondary school education or equivalent experience.
· 2-3 years of office administration/coordination a must; preferably in a support role with tight deadlines and high -pressure
· Highly organized and able to manage time efficiently
· Strong communication skills (over the phone and via email)
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
· Superior customer service skills; sales process experience an asset
· Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
