We are currently looking for a maintenance attendant.<BR><BR>Together with the maintenance director, this person will ensure the maintenance of the building and the requisitions of the residents. Are you manual, versatile, passionate about the different systems of a building and like to be of service? This position is definitely for you.<BR><BR>Permanent position, full-time 40 hours per week, day and evening from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., 3 days a week and weekends.<BR><BR>Evening premium applicable.</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Clear snow or salt exterior entrances</li></ul><div>Construction</div><ul><li>Be available to respond to emergencies</li><li>Make service calls</li><li>Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)</li><li>Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset</li><li>Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset</li><li>Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and minor repairs</li><li>Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Salary to be discussed</li><li>Uniform provided</li><li>Referral Program</li><li>Sick days and time off for family obligations</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Vacation</li><li>A human approach to management</li><li>A welcoming and tightly knit team!</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Full Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Multiple schedules available</div>- LocationSaint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC
