*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various massage techniques and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role is essential in helping clients achieve relaxation, relieve stress, and promote overall well-being. If you are passionate about holistic health and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you. *Responsibilities* * Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to meet individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massages. * Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their needs to create personalized treatment plans. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. * Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment preferences and any medical conditions that may affect their massage experience. * Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress while adhering to confidentiality standards. * Stay informed about the latest trends in massage therapy and wellness practices through continuous education. * Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing any client concerns promptly. *Qualifications* * Valid Massage Therapy licenseis required. * Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology. * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. * Proven customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
