Wolfond Financial is looking for an Administrative Financial Assistant to join our team. You will support a growing practice and a successful team of advisors.
What you?ll do
* Prepare documents for advisors? client meetings.
* Process purchases, withdrawals, switches, and external transfers
* Follow-up tracking on processed transactions with external fund companies.
* Monitor trades, systematic withdrawals and preauthorized contributions
* Investigate issues with fund companies, nominee platforms and the Canada Revenue Agency
* File physical and electronic documents
* Enter notes and process transactions in online system.
* Process client signatures using e-signature software.
* Follow compliance rules.
* Monitor multiple emails.
* Other office administrative support as needed
* Written and verbal communication with the firms clients
As an office assistant for a financial planning firm, I bring the following skills and attributes to the table:
* Strong organizational skills for managing files and schedules.
* Proficiency in financial software for data entry and reporting.
* Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
* Attention to detail for accuracy in financial documents.
* Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Superior problem-solving capabilities.
* Existing financial knowledge (i.e., RSP, TFSA, RIF, etc.).
* Demonstrated client service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Relevant education or experience in office administration or financial firms.
The internal team of advisors you will be working for prioritize these values and this will be a very important approach to the role and in working with their clients.

· Work will be performed in our Regina office.
* · This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 430pm.

Pay: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
