*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to oversee our landscaping projects and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves supervising a team of landscape professionals, ensuring high-quality work, and managing landscape maintenance tasks effectively. *Responsibilities* * Supervise and lead a team of landscape workers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. * Plan, organize, and coordinate landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation. * Oversee the installation of new landscaping features such as gardens, pathways, and irrigation systems. * Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to assess health and appearance; implement corrective actions as needed. * Train team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and safety protocols. * Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines. * Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences. *Experience* * Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is required. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. * Knowledge of irrigation systems, plant care, garden design, and landscape construction techniques is essential. * Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally. * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. *QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE* * Ability to perform manual labor duties and lift up to 50 lbs is preferable * Ability to follow instructions * Experience with hand tools and power equipment is an asset * Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience, 2 is preferable * Education: High School is preferable Join our team as a Landscape Supervisor and contribute to creating stunning outdoor environments while leading a talented group of professionals!
