Job details
The Quality Control (QC) Technician is responsible for in process and formal inspections for all specific trade systems at all stages of construction. The role is responsible to ensure specifications, class rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions are implemented at each stage of construction. The QC Technician develops the Inspection and Test Plan for the specific trade area or system. This role performs daily in process quality control inspections to identify nonconformities with contract requirements, develops corrective actions and communicates requirements to shop personnel. The QC Technician also attends formal inspections with owners and regulatory bodies. Note: Due to business needs, this position is required to be fully on-site based at 50 Pemberton- LocationNorth Vancouver, BC
