We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.</p><p>---</p><p>Your responsibilities: <br>- Perform bank reconciliations; <br>- Record accounts payable and disbursements; <br>- Record cash receipts; <br>- Participate in month-end process (prepare worksheets, record journal entries, prepare sales tax remittance, record payroll entries, reconcile inter-company); <br>- Canadian and U.S. sales tax reporting; <br>- Assistance with fixed assets section, tracking disposals, calculating depreciation and disposing of batches of lost and obsolete equipment in the system; <br>- Participate in annual audit files; <br>- Assist with tax audit files.</p><p>Your profile : <br>- Experience with the full accounting cycle and basic accounting analyses; <br>- Advanced knowledge of MS Office software, particularly Excel; <br>- Thoroughness and attention to detail; <br>- Good team spirit and collaboration; <br>- Good management of priorities and respect for deadlines and tight deadlines; <br>- Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to change; <br>- Strong customer focus; <br>- Enthusiastic team player with proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; <br>- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality; <br>- Ability to communicate information clearly and logically; <br>- Fluency in French and English required to communicate with teams in other Canadian provinces. <br>- DEC technical diploma in administration, accounting/finance option, or other relevant training; <br>- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounting technician position;</p>- LocationMontréal, QC
