*Overview* We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards on the road. *Responsibilities* * Safely operate delivery vehicles and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations. * Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. * Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. * Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability. * Utilize warehouse equipment, including forklifts, as needed for loading and unloading tasks. * Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and logs. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns during the delivery process. * Assist in warehouse operations when not on delivery routes, including organizing inventory and assisting with moving products. *Requirements* * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Experience in commercial driving is preferred but not mandatory. * Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the day. * Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. * Previous experience in customer service or related fields is beneficial. * Forklift certification is a plus but can be obtained after hiring if necessary. * Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings as required.
