*Job Summary* We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces and a strong understanding of design principles. This role involves collaborating with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments that meet their needs and preferences. The Interior Designer will be responsible for managing projects from concept through execution, ensuring that all designs align with client expectations and industry standards. *Duties* * Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, needs, and budget constraints. * Develop comprehensive design plans, including layout, color schemes, materials, and furnishings. * Utilize design software to create detailed floor plans and 3D renderings. * Conduct site visits to assess spaces and gather necessary measurements for accurate designs. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure timely project completion. * Present design concepts to clients through visual aids such as mood boards and digital presentations. * Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative design solutions. * Oversee the implementation of designs during the construction or renovation phases. *Skills* * Proficiency in visual design principles and techniques. * Experience with construction painting processes and techniques. * Familiarity with 2D animation software for presenting design ideas. * Strong skills in design softwares. * Proficient in CAD software for drafting detailed architectural plans. * Background in visual arts painting to enhance aesthetic appeal in designs. * Understanding of typography principles as they relate to interior signage and decor. * Familiarity with Maya for advanced 3D modeling applications is advantageous. * Strong digital design skills for creating presentations and marketing materials.
