We offer stable schedules and the opportunity to make a significant difference in the daily lives of our residents.<BR><BR>We are currently looking for talented Nursing Assistants who care about the health of residents.<BR><BR>Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week, evenings, from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and every other weekend.<BR><BR>Evening premium applicable.</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethics</li><li>Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations</li><li>Create and maintain metuculous notes in the residents Dossier in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmières auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ)</li><li>Promote and advocate for proactive care among residents</li><li>Respond to all emergency situations</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>Collect degree in nursing (DEC) or a proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing</li><li>Ease in the use of computer tools</li><li>Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset</li><li>Know Symo software (an advantage)</li><li>At lease 3 to 5 years of experience in nursing</li><li>Member of the OIIAQ</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Salary to be discussed</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Uniform provided</li><li>Referral Program</li><li>Group insurance</li><li>Sick days and time off for family obligations</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Ongoing training</li><li>Career Opportunity</li><li>Welcome and integration Program</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Full Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Evening</div>- LocationMcMasterville, QC
