*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge, the ability to analyze issues, and effective customer service skills. The Maintenance Mechanic will work closely with other team members to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. *Duties* * Performs routine maintenance on city equipment & vehicles * Regularly inspects all city equipment & vehicles to detect faults and malfunctions and performs repairs that meet manufacturers? specifications; ensures all equipment & vehicles function properly * Adjusts, repairs, or replaces defective parts, components, or systems * Services attachments and tools such as blades, ploughs, and winches *Requirements* * Heavy duty mechanic ticket * Valid Saskatchewan driver?s licence * Minimum of 2 years? experience in a similar field * Satisfactory results from a criminal record check and drivers abstract * Good communication and comprehension ability ? written and oral Join our team as a Maintenance Mechanic where your expertise will contribute significantly to our operational success!
