We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting human resources functions, and providing excellent front desk service. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
*Responsibilities*
* Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism.
* Answer and direct phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
* Support human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
* Perform clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence management.
* Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping for employee hours worked.
* Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.
*Skills*
* Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organizational skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and clients.
* Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
* Knowledge of human resources practices is a plus.
* Proficient in clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work challenges.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.14-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
