*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business development, managing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. If you are skilled in analyzing market trends and possess strong communication abilities, we want to hear from you. *Responsibilities* * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management. * Identify new business opportunities and engage in outside sales activities to expand the customer base. * Analyze market trends to position our products effectively against competitors. * Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that enhance product visibility. * Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. *Experience* * Previous experience in sales, particularly in technology or technical sales, is preferred. * Strong background in business development with proven success in meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * Proficiency in analyzing market data to inform strategic decisions. * Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish are highly desirable. * Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various channels. * Experience in outside sales is a plus, demonstrating the ability to work independently while achieving results.
