*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Prepper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive prepping, with a strong understanding of various painting techniques and materials. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. The Prepper will be responsible for preparing surfaces, sanding, etc. while ensuring a clean and safe work environment. We offer very competitive wages depending on experience. *Responsibilities* * Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and sanding. * Apply primer using spray equipment. * Operate power tools safely and effectively for various tasks related to painting. * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met and quality standards are upheld. * Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to safety protocols at all times. *Skills* * Proficiency in automotive painting techniques and automotive painting practices. * Experience with automotive painting and repair is preferred. * Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. * Knowledge of power tools and their safe operation in an automotive environment. * Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes.
