<p><span>As a Technical Advisor in the Financial Markets Business Strategy group at National Bank, your role will be to provide essential </span><span>administrative</span><span> support to the sector by participating in the end-to-end process of updating Financial Markets personnel files. When required, you will provide support to the campus recruitment team. You will also help optimize the efficiency of workflows and ensure that </span><span>employee onboarding </span><span>processes run smoothly.</span></p> <p><span> </span><strong><span>Your Job</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Ensure the update the data of personnel files in the internal system including hirings, departures, transfers and promotions</span></li> <li><span>Master the complexity of Financial Markets employments contracts and contribute to the drafting of offer letters</span></li> <li><span>Documents and optimize processes</span></li> <li><span>Provide administrative support to the campus recruitment team, when necessary</span></li> </ul> <p><span> </span></p> <p><strong><span>Your team</span></strong></p> <p><span>In this position, you report to the Vice-President, Business Strategy - Financial Markets.</span></p> <p><span>To facilitate your integration, you benefit from extensive on-the-job learning.
