We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment for both cannabis enthusiasts and newcomers, and we are looking for a dynamic *Store Manager* to lead our team. *Position Overview:* As the *Cannabis Retail Store Manager*, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail location, ensuring excellent customer service, compliance with regulations, and the overall success of the store. You will manage a team of sales associates, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure a high standard of product knowledge and customer satisfaction. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Leadership & Team Management:* Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets, maintain product knowledge, and provide exceptional customer service. * *Inventory Management:* Oversee product inventory, including receiving shipments, tracking stock levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring proper storage and handling. * *Customer Service Excellence:* Ensure all customers have a positive, informative, and respectful shopping experience. Resolve customer concerns and provide guidance on product selections. * *Compliance & Safety:* Maintain strict adherence to local cannabis regulations, store policies, and safety procedures to ensure compliance and a safe shopping environment. * *Sales & Marketing:* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, including promotions, events, and community engagement. * *Staff Development & Training:* Hire, train, and develop team members to excel in their roles and foster a positive store culture. * *Store Operations:* Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and reporting sales and performance metrics. *Qualifications:* * Previous retail management experience, preferably in cannabis, beverage, or a similar regulated industry - Preferred but not required * Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and develop a team. * Knowledge of cannabis products and industry trends. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and solve problems effectively. * Strong understanding of inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems. * Must be 19 years or older and able to pass a background check. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance with local cannabis laws and regulations. *Why Join Us?* * Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. * Health, dental, and vision benefits. * Employee discounts on cannabis products. * Opportunities for professional development and career growth. * A supportive, team-oriented work environment.
