Qualifications: Graduation from high school supplemented by the successful completion of the Licensed Practical Nursing course;Ability to work independently;The successful applicant will be required to submit a satisfactory Certificate of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check; Duties : (Included but not limited to) Assists all healthcare providers within the department;Assists all healthcare providers with procedures;Removal of suture, post op drains, and wound care;Complete EMR tasks as required;Order, mix and draw meds for physicians;Ensure all specimens are labelled and transported correctly;Monitor and assess vital signs, glucometer readings, etc;Administers meds as per provider orders;Ensures appropriate supplies and equipment is available for clinics;Performs other related duties.- LocationLabrador City, NL
