<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong><br />The associate is responsible for safely and efficiently operating machinery to move, stack, and count merchandise. This includes fulfilling orders, processing inventory, inspecting equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Operators must check their vehicles for proper functionality before use.</p><p><strong>Mon-Fri 8am-5pm</strong></p><p>Outbound Dayshift (Order picker experience)</p><p><strong>Mon-Fri 2pm-11pm</strong></p><p>Inbound Afternoon shift (Reach & Dock stocker or Pacer experience)</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and fulfill orders for delivery or pickup (e.g., loading, packing, labeling, shipping).</li><li>Record shipment departure and arrival times.</li><li>Receive, process, and organize inventory.</li><li>Inspect stock for damages and report any issues.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe workspace, optimizing space usage.</li><li>Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment safely and effectively.</li><li>Adhere to quality standards and company procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors.</li><li>Perform additional related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED.</li><li>2-3 years of general labor experience, preferably in a warehouse setting.</li><li>Certified to operate Order Picker, Dock Stocker, or Pacer forklifts (Reach or Swing Reach experience preferred).</li><li>Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory procedures.</li><li>Completion of 4-Step Worker Health & Safety Awareness Training.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy with part numbers and documentation.</li></ul><p><strong>Core Competencies:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Effective multitasking in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>Reliability, strong time management, and communication skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p><ul><li>Overtime may be required occasionally.</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Requires prolonged periods of standing.</li></ul></div></div>- LocationBrampton, ON
