Maintenance Supervisor - Residential High Rise - Base Salary to 90k/year CAD - Toronto, ON Our client is a large real estate firm that is finishing a brand new building in Downtown Toronto. This is predominately a residential based high rise with some commercial/retail on the first floor. They are looking to bring on their Maintenance Supervisor that will help build out their team of technicians. This is a direct hire position into the company on full time Monday-Friday schedule with some on call as needed. Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
