Salary:The salary range for this position is CAD $40.75/Hr. - CAD $50.87/Hr.Summary: We acknowledge that Providence Health Care & the new St. Paul's Hospital site is located on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the territories of the x¿m¿¿kw¿y¿¿m (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and S¿l¿ílw¿ta¿/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. Reporting to the Professional Practice Leader, Clinical Nutrition or the Operations Leader, under the clinical direction of the Professional Practice Leader prescribes, implements, evaluates and documents the appropriate patient/resident nutritional care plan in accordance with professional standards and within the Mission, Vision, Values and strategic direction of Providence Health Care. What You Bring:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition from a recognized- LocationVancouver, BC
