Title: Program ManagerDepartment: Healthcare Status: Full Time - PermanentPay Grid: Manager Tier 1 ($57,330 to $64,610.00 per year)Reporting to: Health Director Summary of Duties: The Program Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and quality control of the Lil'wat Ways of Healing from Trauma program, which focuses on trauma healing through traditional wellness methods and clinical services. This role ensures continuity of care, including trauma-informed practices, outreach, and crisis response services, with a priority on supporting the healing of First Nations and Aboriginal individuals and families.
