Being a product manager means being responsible for a range of products and constantly adapting them based on the Bank?s strategic orientations, clients? needs and market data. Being a partnership manager means managing and maintaining our relationships with partners while ensuring good third-party governance. <div><br><div><strong>Your role: </strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Product management </strong></div><div><br></div><div><ul><li>Define the vision, priorities and evolution roadmap for products under your responsibility to support the Personal Banking payment strategy and the Bank?s strategic orientations </li><li>Create business cases for initiatives and projects for financing approval </li><li>Continually improve existing products </li><li>Track and interpret payment indicators and the performance of products under your responsibility, make recommendations and carry out the appropriate corrections </li><li>Keep up with market trends, assess the Bank?s competitive position, track the products under your responsibility and recommend strategies to optimize positioning in the industry </li><li>Work closely with sectors concerned and stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, IT, Compliance) </li></ul></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Partnership management </strong></div><div><br></div><div><ul><li>Develop and manage business relationships with key external partners/third parties, align internal stakeholders and manage complaint escalation </li><li>Apply and ensure compliance with the Bank?s third-party governance process </li><li>Represent the sector on various committees and with internal and external stakeholders and help negotiate agreements with various business partners </li><li>Negotiate, manage and renew contractual agreements and conduct ongoing monitoring in collaboration with stakeholders in the Sourcing ecosystem </li><li>Ensure third parties follow compliance standards and applicable regulations </li></ul></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Your team: </strong></div><div><br></div><div>You?ll join a team of 9 colleagues in the Payments sector and report to the Senior Manager - Payment Solutions. </div><div><br></div><div><strong>Prerequisites: </strong></div><div><ul><li>Bachelor?s degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience OR master?s degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience </li><li>Proven experience managing products and launching new products </li><li>Ability to identify, position and develop various business opportunities </li><li>Innovation, creativity, leadership, proactivity and analytical mindset </li><li>Very strong ability to influence and proven relationship skills in order to build and maintain relationships with external partners </li><li>Knowledge of payment solutions (bill payments; internal, external and international transfers; mobile payments; etc.), an asset </li><li>Experience with payment networks and/or entities that regulate payments, an asset </li><li>Experience in managing contractual agreements, third parties and/or business development, an asset </li><li>Knowledge of the third-party risk management process, an asset </li></ul></div><div> </div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div></div></div> <strong>Your benefits</strong><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>In addition to competitive compensation, upon hiring you?ll be eligible for a wide range of flexible benefits to help promote your wellbeing and that of your family.</div><div><ul><li>Health and wellness program, including many options</li><li>Flexible group insurance</li><li>Generous pension plan</li><li>Employee Share Ownership Plan</li><li>Employee and Family Assistance Program</li><li>Preferential banking services</li><li>Opportunities to get involved in community initiatives</li><li>Telemedicine service</li><li>Virtual sleep clinic</li></ul></div><div>These are a few of the benefits available to you.
