Are you a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist passionate about helping others feel their best? We?re looking for a talented professional to join our wellness team! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to use your expertise in massage techniques to provide exceptional care and support to clients. If you thrive on creating a relaxing and healing experience, have a strong understanding of massage therapy, and love making a positive impact on people's lives, we want to hear from you! *Responsibilities* * Perform a variety of massage techniques?such as Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massages?tailored to the specific needs of each client. * Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their goals to create personalized treatment plans that meet their needs. * Keep accurate and detailed records of client sessions, including treatment notes and any changes in health status. * Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and offer recommendations for follow-up treatments or self-care practices. * Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients, providing a peaceful atmosphere before, during, and after treatments. * Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in massage techniques to continually enhance your skills. * Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide holistic, well-rounded care to clients. *Qualifications* * Valid state licensure or certification in massage therapy is required. * Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. * Proven customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive, relaxing experience for each client. * Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. * Previous experience in a spa or wellness center is preferred, but not mandatory.
