*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to multitask and maintain a high level of professionalism will contribute to an enjoyable experience for all patrons. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. * Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed. * Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations, including checking IDs for age verification. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. * Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. *Qualifications* * Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. * Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and food service practices. * Familiarity with food handling and safety standards is essential. * Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements. * Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. * Experience using POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
