*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable laser Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in laser technical support and desktop support, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to operating lasersystems, *Responsibilities* * Provide technical support to end-users and distributors via help desk channels, including phone, email, and chat. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating laser systems * Document all support interactions in ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow for tracking and reporting purposes. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies and best practices in technical support. * Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide clear instructions for resolution. *Experience* * Proven experience in a laser technical support or help desk role, preferably in an office environment. * Strong understanding of laser operating systems * Familiarity with laser concepts and troubleshooting techniques. * Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow is preferred. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
