*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that any suspicious activities are reported promptly. *Duties* * Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities. * Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances, ensuring a swift resolution to any incidents. * Control access to the facility by checking identification and issuing visitor passes as necessary. * Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes. * Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. * Conduct regular inspections of security equipment, including CCTV systems, ensuring they are operational at all times. * Provide excellent customer service while addressing the needs of visitors and employees. *Skills* * Strong background in law enforcement or security-related fields is preferred. * Experience in loss prevention techniques to effectively deter theft and fraud. * Proficient in surveillance operations, including the use of CCTV systems for monitoring activities. * Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with others. * Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally while making sound decisions quickly.
