*Overview* We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to inspire and manage our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. *Duties* * Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance. * Oversee food production and preparation processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. * Train, mentor, and develop staff members in culinary techniques, bartending skills, and hospitality practices. * Create and implement effective menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences. * Maintain a clean and organised restaurant environment, ensuring all health and safety standards are met. * Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction. * Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients for food preparation. * Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. *Requirements* * Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position within the hospitality industry. * Strong culinary skills with a solid understanding of food production and preparation techniques. * Excellent leadership abilities with a passion for helping others succeed within the team. * Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the restaurant environment. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and customers. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
