This role requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and a passion for the automotive industry.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Customer Engagement:</strong> Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, assess their needs, and provide information about vehicles, financing options, and dealership services.</p></li><li><p><strong>Sales Process:</strong> Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.</p></li><li><p><strong>Product Knowledge:</strong> Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the dealership's inventory, features, specifications, and pricing, as well as current promotions and financing options.</p></li><li><p><strong>Demonstrations:</strong> Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives, highlighting key features and benefits tailored to the customer's needs.</p></li><li><p><strong>Follow-Up:</strong> Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, or text to answer questions and encourage sales.</p></li><li><p><strong>Documentation:</strong> Prepare and process sales paperwork accurately, including contracts and financing applications.</p></li><li><p><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with the sales team and other departments (e.g., service, finance) to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.</p></li><li><p><strong>Market Research:</strong> Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to effectively position the dealership's products.</p></li><li><p><strong>Customer Service:</strong> Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Required to have OMVIC license.</p></li><li><p>Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or retail, is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with customers.</p></li><li><p>Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.</p></li></ul></div></div>
