*Job Summary* We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment, maintaining food safety standards, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. *Responsibilities* * Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. * Lead, mentor, and supervise staff to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance. * Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment to ensure optimal functionality. * Implement effective training programs for new hires, focusing on food safety practices and customer service excellence. * Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. * Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure a positive dining experience. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menu offerings that meet customer preferences. * Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, employee schedules, and inventory levels. *Requirements* * Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. * Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food service operations. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities. * Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff effectively. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. * A background in hotel management or kitchen operations is a plus but not required.
