*Job Overview* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Yoga Instructor to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in yoga practices and philosophies, with the ability to create a welcoming and supportive environment for students of all levels. As a Yoga Instructor, you will play a key role in educating participants on the benefits of yoga, promoting physical and mental well-being, and fostering a sense of community within our studio. *Responsibilities* * Lead engaging and effective yoga classes that cater to various skill levels, ensuring safety and proper technique. * Communicate clearly with students to provide guidance on poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices. * Educate participants about the principles of yoga, including its physical, mental, and spiritual aspects. * Create class plans that incorporate diverse styles of yoga while maintaining a cohesive theme. * Foster a positive atmosphere by encouraging student participation and providing constructive feedback. * Maintain cleanliness and organization within the studio space before and after classes. * Manage class schedules effectively to ensure optimal attendance and student engagement. * Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, addressing their needs and inquiries with professionalism. * Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure classes start and end punctually. *Requirements* * Certification as a Yoga Instructor from an accredited program is required. * Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and inspire students. * Previous experience in customer service is preferred, showcasing an ability to connect with clients effectively. * Excellent time management skills to balance class preparation, teaching, and administrative tasks. * Leadership qualities that foster an encouraging environment for students' growth and development in their practice. * A commitment to ongoing personal development in yoga practices and teaching methodologies.
