*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using various power tools, as well as a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As an Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing vehicles to ensure they operate safely and effectively. *Responsibilities* * Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems. * Utilize schematics to troubleshoot vehicle issues accurately. * Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. * Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs. * Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. * Communicate with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair options, providing exceptional customer service. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs. * Perform heavy lifting when necessary during the repair process. *Experience* * Proven experience in automotive repair. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals. * Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
