*Job Overview* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Manitoba Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves planning and implementing educational activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in children. The Early Childhood Teacher will work collaboratively with parents and staff to ensure the best outcomes for each child. *Duties* * Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. * Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. * Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication. * Assess children's progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs, including those with special education requirements. * Maintain organized records of children's development and communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress. * Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience for all students. * Utilize technology effectively to enhance learning experiences and streamline administrative tasks. *Experience* * A Certificate in Early Childhood Education or a related field is mandatory. * Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable. * Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively. * Ability to communicate fluently in English; proficiency in French is a plus. * Experience or training in special education strategies is beneficial. * Demonstrated leadership abilities within an educational context. * Familiarity with computer systems for record keeping and lesson planning.
