Today, we proudly serve customers across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Northwestern Ontario, offering a wide range of imported Mediterranean products, premium meats and cheeses, and our own house-made sausages, pastas, sauces, and bakery items. *Position: Warehouse Team Member* *Location:* 66 South Landing Dr., Oak Bluff, Manitoba *Start Date:* ASAP *Job Type:* Permanent *Salary:* $18.00 - $20.00 per hour *Position Overview:* We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our Warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, from receiving and storing products to picking and packing orders with accuracy. *Key Responsibilities:* * Receive, inspect, and store products. * Process returns and maintain accurate records. * Perform general warehouse maintenance. * Pick, pack, and release orders in a timely manner. * Ensure all orders are accurate and meet quality standards. *Minimum Requirements:* * High school diploma or equivalent. * Strong attention to detail and organization. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, positive work environment. * Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages up to 50 lbs. * Valid forklift operator certificate. * A vehicle is required, as the location is not transit-accessible. *Benefits:* * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. * Basic life insurance, disability, and wellness programs. * Group insurance plan. *Why De Luca?s?* * Competitive salary and benefits. * A dynamic and supportive work environment. * Opportunity to be part of a long-established family-owned business with a passion for quality food.
