Since 2021, we have received annual recognition as the top HVAC company in Kelowna. We are currently hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented *HVAC Service Coordinator* to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, this HVAC Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in our business' daily operations. This position is responsible for efficiently scheduling and dispatching HVAC service technicians to customer sites, ensuring timely and accurate service. The role is based in our office. *Benefits:*Comprehensive health benefits plan after 3 months, RRSP, and free parking,. *Requirements:* * Minimum of 1-year experience as a service coordinator or similar role in the HVAC, plumbing, or related skilled trades industry * Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage a high volume of calls and schedules * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications * Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure * Excellent customer service skills * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Knowledge of HVAC systems and services is a plus *Roles and Responsibilities:* * Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to customer locations for installation, maintenance, and repair services * Coordinate daily schedules to ensure optimal route efficiency and timely response to service requests * Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, delays, or changes to scheduling * Monitor the status of active jobs and provide real-time updates to technicians and customers * Maintain detailed records of all service calls, including job details, technician notes, and customer feedback * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up calls in a professional manner * Assist in ordering and tracking necessary parts and equipment for service calls * Work closely with technicians, ensuring they have the required tools and information to complete each job * Other duties as assigned At Vision Plumbing Heating Cooling, we are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
