*About Us:* Aveiro Sleep/Sleep Medix, a leading Sleep and Respiratory service provider, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals by offering comprehensive Home Sleep Apnea Testing (HSAT), CPAP therapy, and respiratory support services across Western Canada. *Job Description:* As a *RESUPPLY SPECIALIST,* you will play a pivotal role in ensuring patients are met with exceptional ongoing care, including the replacement of CPAP units, masks, and accessories as part of our commitment to comprehensive patient care. This position aims to ensure that orders are processed in an accurate, timely, compassionate, and respectful manner through exceptional best-in-class service. The *Resupply Specialist* will thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace change as the division grows and evolves its strategies, systems, and processes. This role will be located in Calgary, AB. *Key Responsibilities:* * Develop a deep understanding of the suite of service and product offerings and be able to communicate the importance of sleep health and how sleep therapy can be of benefit. This includes product knowledge of the range of sleep equipment such as CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) machines, masks, and accessories as well as alternative therapies. * Patient Engagement: Act as a liaison between patients and clinical leads ensuring a cohesive and comprehensive approach to patient services. Collaborate with insurance companies to verify patient coverage for sleep therapy services and assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits, co-pays, and any pre-authorization requirements. Alternatively, review other financing options, ensuring the timely delivery of services. * Patient Relation Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with patients promoting a ?Patient for Life" philosophy by focusing on the long-term well-being and satisfaction of patients over their lifetime. This includes scheduling post-purchase follow-up appointments to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and/or addressing patient complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. * Documentation and Confidentiality: Maintain accurate and organized records of patient interactions, orders, and inquiries leveraging Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and patient Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software. This information can be useful for future reference and for tracking customer preferences. * Handle patient information with the utmost confidentiality and ensure that all data protection and privacy regulations are followed. Complete annual Privacy Awareness in Healthcare Course or Course Refresher. * Continuing Education and Workshops: Participate in relevant workshops, seminars and/or webinars focused on sleep therapy, customer services and sales strategies. *Requirements:* * Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry. * Applicants with specific credentials and or experience in the sleep industry will be given strong consideration. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with patients. * Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
