*Responsibilities:* * Good analytics and presentation skills. * Initiate and execute production maintenance continuous improvement projects (basic) * Act as a subject matter expert for the purpose of investigations, audits, training or otherwise as required (ability to support) * Independently carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for all Plant (the majority within your sphere of training) and building equipment. * Can execute and troubleshoot direction offsite to onsite employees. * Extensive and proven troubleshoot skills to resolution * Proven ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times * Able to oversee training and participate in transferring knowledge to junior technicians * Good analytics and presentation skills * Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills *Qualification:* * Red Seal Certification or higher. Such as numerous certifications. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar business * Highly organized * Perform all work and support of our corporate values of pride, accountability, integrity and diligence * Ability to use Microsoft office to put together projects and manage * Superior communication skills * Advanced trouble shooting skills and ability to operate all equipment located in the facility * Knowledge of plant operations and can operate multiple pieces of equipment * Able to oversee training and participate in transferring knowledge to junior technicians * Excellent analytics and presentation skills * Ability to work independently. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Morning shift * Night shift * Overtime Work Location: In person- LocationBrampton, ON
