*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various carpentry tasks, demonstrating a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively on construction projects. This role requires proficiency in installation, restoration, and the use of power tools, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. *Responsibilities* * Execute carpentry tasks including framing, drywall installation, and flooring installation. * Perform construction estimating to assess project requirements and materials needed. * Utilize CNC machinery for precision cutting and shaping of materials. * Restore and repair existing structures to maintain safety and aesthetics. * Lay tile with attention to detail for both functionality and appearance. * Conduct electrical installations as required by project specifications. * Engage in heavy lifting as necessary to transport materials and equipment. * Operate various power tools safely and effectively while maintaining a clean work environment. * Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution. *Skills* * Proficient in installation techniques across various carpentry disciplines. * Strong understanding of construction estimating practices. * Experience with CNC machinery is highly desirable. * Ability to restore structures with a keen eye for detail. * Skilled in tile laying with knowledge of different materials and techniques. * Basic electrical knowledge is a plus for integrated projects. * Capable of performing heavy lifting safely within physical limits. * Expertise in flooring installation methods and materials. * Proficient in the safe operation of power tools, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. * Familiarity with drywall installation processes and finishing techniques.
