*WAREHOUSE MANAGER:*
*Job Summary:*
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the operations of all our warehouse facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems and automation, and the ability to manage team performance while ensuring safety and efficiency.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Oversee and manage operations across all warehouses, focusing on safety, equipment maintenance, and staffing.
2. Implement and optimize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and automation (scanning/barcoding tools).
3. Lead initiatives for equipment purchase, racking setup, and establishing new warehouse locations.
4. Handle freight negotiations and manage relationships with various freight companies.
5. Travel to warehouse locations, providing training and mentoring to Warehouse Leads and Managers on company processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
6. Monitor team performance and drive improvements through effective leadership and continuous learning.
7. Foster collaboration within the team to work toward common business goals.
*Qualifications:*
- 5-7 years of experience in warehouse operations management.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and software.
- Proven experience with warehouse automation tools.
- Expertise in freight negotiations and managing relationships with freight providers.
- Excellent business acumen and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel to multiple locations as required.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and team-building abilities.
- A desire for continuous learning and the capacity to share knowledge effectively with the team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
