Job details
We are currently seeking a *Billing Clerk* to join our firm in our Creditors? Rights department. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be reliable, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
*Responsibilities Include:*
· BMO Quebec Portfolio Management
· Quebec payment arrangement report
· Quebec remittance
· Paying FCT invoices
· Preparing and posting invoices for several portfolios with the same client
· Conducting Teraview searches
· Reviewing Unbilled Disbursements Report
· Reviewing Unpaid Invoices Report and following up with client
· Handle invoicing inquiries from law clerks and lawyers
· Closing files
*Qualifications:*
· 1-2 years of similar administrative experience considered an asset
· Experience with billings/accounts a definite asset
· College Diploma/University Degree in a relevant field
· Excellent computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office)
· The ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
· The ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
· Strong work ethic
· Reliable, with an excellent attendance history
· Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team
A satisfactory criminal records check will be required from the selected candidate as a condition of employment.
