\*\*Job Summary:\*\* We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within various facilities. \*\*Responsibilities:\*\* - Clean and sanitize common areas - Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors - Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste - Utilize power tools and hand tools for maintenance tasks - Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in accordance with company standards - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors - Assist with heavy lifting as needed - Provide excellent customer service to facility occupants \*\*Experience:\*\* - Proven experience in facilities maintenance and commercial cleaning - Proficiency in using hand tools for various cleaning tasks - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently - Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for cleanliness and maintenance, we invite you to apply for this position.
