CIK constantly retains top talent and strives to make all our employees? happy by creating an enjoyable work environment. *Job Duties:* * Responsible to manage around 20 OSP people in Ingersoll yard to construct Fibre projects nearby in Oxford/London area. * Being Involved or arranging appropriate class and on-site training for new members if required; * Follow Industry &Company HSE policies, Traffic control, DPP etc to make sure job sites are safe to work; * Monitor and perform quality control for OPS teams and ensure teams comply with procedures/policies and conduct work on time with quality following customer &Company directions & Standards * Act as a Foreman leading teams if required * Develop machinery maintenance plans and monitor the execution of the mechanical team * Work with municipality and Region and client together for pre-construction site walk &Red line * Provide incident report for any accidents; * Others related to organizing and implementing Fibre development in Oxford area upon request.
