<p><strong>Job Summary</strong><br>We are looking for a passionate and creative florist to join our team. As a florist, you will be responsible for designing unique floral arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the warm ambiance of our shop.</p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Floral Arrangement Creation</strong>: Design custom bouquets and floral compositions for various occasions (weddings, events, celebrations, etc.).</li><li><strong>Customer Service</strong>: Advise clients on flower selection and arrangements while ensuring a memorable experience.</li><li><strong>Flower and Equipment Maintenance</strong>: Handle the reception, conditioning, and care of fresh flowers to maintain their quality and longevity.</li><li><strong>Order Management</strong>: Prepare special orders and organize deliveries.</li><li><strong>Shop Presentation</strong>: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and visually appealing.</li><li><strong>Creativity and Innovation</strong>: Suggest new ideas to enhance the products and services offered.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in floristry or relevant training (an asset).</li><li>Artistic flair and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a team and under pressure during peak periods.</li><li>Knowledge of floral trends and plant care.</li></ul><p>Join us to celebrate the beauty of flowers and help brighten the special moments of our clients!</p><p><strong>Job Type / Category:</strong></p><p>We are offering a permanent part-time position, requiring 18-24 hours per week, for a general florist role.
