Why join McCain?Work with and learn from passionate leaders within North America and across the globeOur core values - Family, Authentic, Trusted and Quality - shine through every day, in everything we do Your experience at McCain is what you make of it - ask questions, network, take advantage of the opportunity to learn from our professionals Program overviewOver the course of 30 months, you will rotate through different departments, gaining valuable insights and skills that will lay a strong foundation for your career in accounting and finance in the below rotations:Corporate Accounting (financial reporting)Internal AuditFinancial Planning and AnalysisCorporate TaxationOthersProgram structureRotational Program Duration: 30 Months (3 Rotations)12-Month RotationYou will be required to spend 12 months in one of the two rotations: Corporate AccountingInternal Audit12-Month Rotation (choice of the below)6-Month Rotation (choice of the below)*Please note the order of the rotations may varyProgram supportComprehensive preparatory training and study leave to support your preparation for CPA examinations (including full reimbursements to participate in Densmore training)Eligibility for reimbursement of CPA PEP program or GDIP programs up to the cost of the CPA PEP programQualification for reimbursement of the PEP program or GDIP programs, covering expenses up to the full cost of the CPA PEP programReimbursement for additional training materials, examination fees and CPA student duesOngoing learning opportunities with access to a wealth of online educational resourcesImmersion in diverse operational areas providing valuable insights from both a consolidated and regional perspectiveWhat attributes will make you successful?Eligibility for full-time employment starting in September 2025Completion of accounting undergraduate studies prior to the program's commencement, along with the necessary prerequisite coursework for the pre-approved CPA streamExceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)OTHERThis position will be based out of our Toronto office.
