It's the opportunity to be recognized, valued, to participate in the continuous improvement of the service and to make a significant difference in the daily lives of seniors! <BR><BR>We are currently looking for a Sous-Chef to fill a permanent full-time position. Come create with our Chef and play with flavors, textures and presentations! <BR><BR><BR>Day position, permanent full-time for 40 hours per week, every other weekend.</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Assemble plates of food</li><li>Clean kitchen equipment</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork</li><li>Create tasty menus while respecting the expected level of quality and the allocated budget</li><li>Ensure and optimize quality standards in the use of food</li><li>Perform meal preparation while supervising and mobilizing staff in the kitchen</li><li>Plan and cook meals in accordance with the appropriate methods and standards</li><li>Use products and equipment according to the safety, quality, hygiene and cleanliness rules and standards in effect</li><li>When appropriate, collaborate with the chef in the creation of the menus by proposing ideas</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>Training certification (MAPAQ)</li><li>A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in institutional cuisine or equivelent</li><li>At lease 3 to 5 years of experience in a large restoration's volume </li><li>Basic computer skills</li><li>Good team player</li><li>Good communication</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Salary to be discussed</li><li>Referral Program</li><li>Free meals in the dining room</li><li>Uniform provided</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Group insurance</li><li>Sick days and time off for family obligations</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Human management approach</li><li>Stimulating challenges, up to your ambitions!</li><li>Consistent schedule</li><li>A welcoming and tight-knit team!</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Full Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Day time</div>
