*MK Martin Enterprises Inc. is a steel fabrication company located just outside of Elmira. For over 50 years, MK Martin has manufactured farming and agricultural/property care equipment. We are proudly 100% Canadian owned and operated.* _*We are seeking a Brake Press Operator to join our team today!*_ _*The hours would be 7:00AM-4:00PM, Monday to Friday with a total of 42.5/ hours per week. There is a safety boot allowance and health benefits after passing probation. Group RRSPS are eligible after a continuous year of employment.*_ *Duties:* * Preparing and operating CNC press machines to perform tasks * Understanding specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints and mechanical drawings. * Knowledgeable in punch and V-Dyes * Prepare and load raw materials and parts into the machines in a safe manner * Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to maintain tight tolerances. * Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly. * Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality. * Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled. * Communicate any discrepancies and errors to designated supervisor * Other duties as assigned. *Requirements:* * Ability to work in a fast paced environment * Previous experience in Manufacturing * Demonstrate willingness to learn our CNC Program for our Cincinnati or Amada press brakes * Able to work as a team, as-well as independently * Must be able to lift 50 lbs. * Adhere to Company policies, Health and Safety protocols and standards * Must be able to handle working in loud environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 42.5 per week Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * RRSP match Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationElmira, ON
