We are currently recruiting for a *Finance Analyst* *Employment: *Full-time, permanent *Schedule:* Monday to Friday, Days *FTE: *1.0 *Location:* CarePoint Health ? 2695 North Sheridan Way, Suite 120, Mississauga, ON; (Hybrid work from home available) *Salary:* $65,572-$77,143 and a comprehensive benefits package (including HOOPP pension) *Who we are?* CarePoint Health (CPH) is an integrated primary care hub consisting of a team of over 90 community affiliated physicians and allied health professionals working together to improve the health and wellness of the Mississauga communities. The interprofessional team collaboratively delivers holistic care by addressing patients? physical health, mental health and social determinants of health. CPH is also the Network Lead Organization for the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) Program in Brampton, Halton and Mississauga. OSP offers adults (18+) in Ontario free, short-term, evidence-based cognitive-behavioural therapy and related services for depression, anxiety, and anxiety-related conditions. *What is this role?* CPH is increasingly evolving into a more sophisticated and established organization and requires a Finance Analyst to assist the organization in realizing its potential. The Finance Analyst reports to the Finance Manager and is responsible for providing complete back up and extra support for the Finance Manager; including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Payroll, Credit Card Reconciliations, Accounts Receivables, Bank Reconciliation, Internal and External Reporting, Budgeting for internal and external stakeholders, and support with annual audit preparations. *Key responsibilities *will include: * Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable * Assisting in bank reconciliation and credit card reconciliation. * Reporting cash-flow trends and patterns, assisting in development and implementation of mitigation strategies, when required. * Assisting in the coordination and preparation of the year-end audit working papers. * Supporting the annual budget and controls development. * Supporting and tracking phone systems, electronic equipment and other minor assets. * Supporting the submission for GST/HST rebates. * Supporting internal and external reporting * Other financial duties that may be required for the continuation of CarePoint Health?s daily operations. * Assisting with the Bi-Weekly payroll. * Assisting and supporting employee benefits plans and HOOPP monthly report. * Maintaining vacation accrual and other leave of absence. * Other payroll, benefits and pension duties that may be required for the continuation of CarePoint Health?s daily operations. * Other duties as may be assigned from time to time *Education, Experience & Requirements* · College diploma in accounting or business and/or equivalent experience. Bachelor?s degree considered an asset. * 2-3 years relevant experience working in finance and payroll operations. * Proficiency with payroll software, experience with Ceridian software is an asset. * Proficiency with accounting software (Microsoft 365 Dynamics experience an asset). * Proficiency with Excel and other MS Office products. * Good oral and written communication skills. * Understanding of general accepted accounting principles and accounting standards for not-for-profit organizations. * Experience working in a community health center, healthcare, or non-profit sector an asset. * Excellent organization skills effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines. * Excellent attentio- LocationMississauga, ON
