Zambri?s is looking for an experienced Bartender! Zambri?s is an award winning 120 seat restaurant in Victoria, serving authentic Italian dishes using only the freshest ingredients; pouring wines from a unique and ever changing list and curating a cocktail list that follows the seasons with an Italian flare. In business for 25 years, Zambri?s is a leading restaurant in the capital of BC. We are looking for a part time bartender working a minimum of three nights per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday night). Must be available to start at 4pm and work until close ~10/11pm. We are seeking someone with a hospitable nature who can make guests feel at home while providing all of the service details of a fine dining restaurant. This position will start with a training period in November/December. The ideal candidate will have: -a minimum of two years of bartending experience in a high volume restaurant. -positive attitude -systems focused with an eye for details -natural selling ability -extensive spirit knowledge (wine knowledge a bonus!)
