Branch Manager Langley, BC Full-Time CAN -BC-LAN-180-190924 SUMMARY Reporting to the Director, Western Canada, the Branch Manager is responsible for the branch's profitability and sets the strategic direction for the branch. The position focuses on managing internal business processes to support all functions within the branch. The Branch Manager's responsibilities are categorized into four areas: financial, sales, operations, and people management. RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Under the guidance of the Director, accountable for the profit/loss of the branch. With the Director, prepares the annual branch operating budgets (sales and expenses) and regularly monitors actual levels against budget. Work with the Director to ensure the achievement of financial targets. Develop and implement short- and long-term strategic plans for the branch that ensure the attainment- LocationLangley, BC
